Sometimes there no replacement for a hands-on personal trainer.  We think it is a great idea to attend a puppy class and to utilize a live trainer whenever possible!  We have a few trainers that we have personally worked with and a few that have been recommended by our MVGD owners.

In addition to live people, we have also found it helpful to watch videos of good trainers.  We really like the YouTube channel KikoPup.
